Who We Are
Kennedy + Jay are an emerging duo that strives to bring a warm, powerful RnB feeling to whoever listens to their music. Raised in musical families, Kennedy + Jay both have an immense appreciation for all genres. They met in college in an a capella vocal group called the Voices of Lee. In this group, they traveled the country together singing multiple styles, from Jazz to Contemporary Christian. Their diverse background plays an integral part in their musical stylings. Whether they are covering a Classic Country song or a current Top 40 hit, they embody a timeless sound that can be enjoyed by any age group. With Kennedy’s soulful, powerful vocals and Jay’s melodic and dynamic instrumentation, their music is bound to touch hearts for generations to come.
